    Adding Friends (Error Messge)


    I am trying to change my security settings on PC, Mobile & I Pad to allow ADD FRIENDS. When I submit the change I get an error message stating
    An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later. I have tried this many times today but still receive the same message. Any suggestions?

    I have actioned this on my xbox console but nothing has changed.

    Try again on the PC using the EDGE browser, sometimes I have found this to work instead if using IE, Chrome or Firefox.

    There is no issue with the controller. The error messge says to sign in with a controller.
