Adding external hard drives

I know that you can add up to two external hard drives to the Xbox One.

But is there a limit on the capacity of the external drives?

Like, can I add a 1 TB Hard drive?

360 kicks One's butt in terms of PC connectivity

I've been adding so many movies to my PC, I'm gonna need a new external hard drive soon. I'm thinking a 3 Terabyte one next.

 

So you can't play a game until you install the game?

It will be faster from a external, from what I recall, USB 3.0 will do 5Gbits per second, and the hard drive in the Xbox will do 3Gbits.

Even going with a 1tb hard drive will only delay the inevitable, adding external support is the best way to go since they are planning on making games for 10 years.

You can use any Removable hard drive that is USB 3.0, with at least 256Gb of storage space.

 

yes. i use a 4tb 3.0 usb powered external hd with no problems what so ever
