    I have added two of my children as family members. The third child account was set up in exactly the same way and I keep getting an error message telling me to fix the account on microsoft live. I have looked at everything and nothing has worked.

    When I try to create my son's profile it says our regions are not the same? How do I check or chang these?

    You will need to create a profile and once you enter your child's DoB, you will then have to enter your email address and information. Creating a profile is easiest by doing it from the console. :)

    Since the One is not set up to work with offline accounts, every account has to have an email address attached to it. Even for a 5 year old.

    You would need to figure out what the email address for the family that he is already a part of remove him from that family then you would be able to add him to your family.

    If you are not sure what account was used when setting up his account and added to the family you can contact xbox support and if they can get into your sons account they would be able to tell you what the email address is that is associated with the parental
    account currently on his account.

    Thanks so much, I didn't realize they'd need their own emails and Microsoft accounts. Very helpful info!
