Adding a payment method, xbox 360. Not working.

To keep it simple, my credit cards expiration date is in 2021 but when trying to add the card to my account, the options only go up to 2020.

XOne "Use a different way to pay" problem

Go to billing.Microsoft.com, pull up your account, remove you payment methods, then re-ad your payment methods.

Profit.(for Microsoft)

Take a look at all the suggestions in this sticky (forums.xbox.com/.../19164.aspx) for adding your payment method. When posting here, we do need those error messages/codes
to be able to help you. Check on that as well and post back.

No, sorry. The only way to get a free trial is if you do it through the Xbox 360 console by adding a payment method.

Hey,

First off, that 1$ was never taken from your creditcard. It's a purchase test to see if your creditcard is good to go. The money never leaves your bank, it just gets into a 'locked stage' for a maximum of 72 hrs (Up to the bank).

I'd say try to add the creditcard through the console instead, it is required that you have your full billing address entered etc. Good luck!
