Added friends not showing up in list

They'd need to remove you themselves. They won't show up in your friends list, but you will show up in theirs if they have you added.

Has he added you back as a friend? I'm wondering if maybe he had blocked you as well. Also did you add him as a favorite or as a follower? Does he appear on your list if you check here on xbox.com?

friend notifications only show up for your favorites list, so even if you only have a few friends, they need to added to your favorites.

Hey there Allen!

Sorry to hear that your friends aren't showing up the way that they are supposed to.

If this is after the update, I would recommend re-applying the update through what we call a soft reset.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.



Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
reset and keep my games and apps.

Try to do a power cycle or a soft reset of the console...it happen also to me sometimes and i resolved.
