    Added 1 month trial to xbox live gold, and it says I am subscribed, but not activated on Xbox ...


    I logged on to my account via PC, signed up for the 1 month trial to xbox gold, everything went through

    but im not getting it on my xbox one.... I then also added the code for 14 day trial, and nada!!

    just installed dark souls 3 and i'm trying to get online but the game says my profile isn't authorized or something like that. i don't know if it has something to do with it but i am subscribed to a 1 month free trial xbox live gold. just wanna make sure
    before i purchase the paid xbox live gold

    Sorry to hear it. First off trial codes do not stack. This means that your 14 day trial code is not valid and, as the code has been used, will no longer work.

    As for the one month code please try deleting your profile and then redownload it. Hopefully this will solve the issue for you.

    If it does not then you can check commerce.microsoft.com using the log in info for the gamertag you added the membership to. If it does not show the membership properly then I would recommend contacting phone support for further assistance.

    just purchased the tomb raider 1tb xbox one bundle, which comes with a 14 day xbox live gold trial. it actually says "activate your 14 day xbox live gold trial." i am having the same issues. cannot dl free games, yet able to chat. if i try to dl a free game,
    it wants me to upgrade to gold. WTF? it says live gold trial! explain that!
