    Buonasera,

    oggi andando allo sportello della mia banca mi sono accorto di avere un addebito di 9.99€ NON AUTORIZZATO relativo ad un abbonamento DISATTIVATO… avevo fatto l'abbonamento in offerta a 0.99€ e subito dopo avevo ANNULLATO L'ABBONAMENTO perché conosco il
    "trucchetto" del rinnovo autmoatico… non capisco come faccia a trovarmi un abbonamento NON autorizzato addebitato sulla carta…. e annullandolo non mi da neanche la possibilit di avere un rimborso….

    Io ESIGO un rimborso, e a quanto so, entro 14 gg è un DIRITTO, al di fuori delle Vs policy…

    Cosa devo fare per riavere i miei soldi???

    SONO DELUSO E MOLTO CONTRADDETTO visto che vedermi "spillare" i soldi cosi' dal portafogli mi fa sentire preso in giro!!!!

    " of autmoatic Renewal... I do not understand how to find me an unauthorized subscription charged on the card.... and cancelling it does not even give me the opportunity to have a refund....


    I demand a refund, and as far as I know, within 14 days is a right, outside of the Vs policy...

    What do I have to do to get my money back???

    I am disappointed and very contradicted since seeing me "Spilling" the money so from the wallet makes me feel teased!!!!

    Ps I have no negative balances with you, since I always paid a sitting with the card, and it is all certifiable from my statement]

    Il numero 800787614 è un numero verde, l'altro non mi ricordo sinceramente. Se non erro era nato come il numero da usare quando cellulari e numeri verdi non andavano molto d'accordo, oggi potrebbero essere equivalenti.
