Okay. I did read somewhere that gift cards adding to account balance credit do expire. Don’t know if that is true or not but I do know I did use gift cards to add to my account balance credit to pre order the dlc.

When I do check my account balance credit it still says it is expiring next month. So don’t really know what to do at this point.

So my kid was on my account and accidentally purchased a 21.19 dollar game called dragon ball z the breakers on Monday at 3.15pm and I wanted to know if I can get get my money back in any kinda way I don’t care how u give it to me it can be on Xbox gift card I just don’t want that game

I’ve checked my order history for the last three months. I’ll list them in order -

Max Payne 2 - Sep 27th Declined paysafecard. (That one is only because I clicked paysafecard by mistake on the second attempt at buying the game instead of my usual debit card, I backed out without attempting to continue, so I don’t know why it’s even showing on the list. I don’t have a paysafecard, whatever that is.)

None of the actual attempts I made to buy Max Payne 2 using my debit card are on the list. I’d like to add that it’s a card I’ve had and used for years now, and a card I’ve had saved to my account for a long time. There’s no issue with the funds in my bank and I’ve been able to use the card in other places without issue since.
