Discus and support "add security" in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i have my phone number for my security codes and it asks me to "pick another one to set up next" such has setting up tex, call, or an email to add more...     i have my phone number for my security codes and it asks me to "pick another one to set up next" such has setting up tex, call, or an email to add more security information, i dont have anymore emails or phone numbers to add because i have done this three
    times. how do i get it to stop everyime i try to log in

    Hi a couple of days ago the xbox told me i have to add sercuity to my xbox so i type in my xbox live email and password and they are correct but then it tells me. Your password is incorrect or the email does not have xbox live those 2 our false. I
    brought 3 months gold like a couple of weeks ago and its getting wasted i need help because my gold is getting wasted

    Hey JaseLyn22! Try adding the additional security information online as described here and see if it helps. Post back and let me know how it goes!

    Add Security?

    0) If any of these steps to do on a PC or Mac shows you a message about a Blocked Account, please follow the onscreen instructions to Unblock it.

    1) Go to http://account.live.com and sign in then go to Edit Security Info. Is all data there up to date? (If not, please update it).

    2) Go to http://xbox.com/accounts to click on Billing Contact Information at low left and sign in. Is all data there up to date? (If not, please update it).

    3) Go to http://commerce.microsoft.com and sign in then review the payment info. If there's an out-of-date card or PayPal account, please add a new payment method then delete the old one.

    4) Back to the console; can you sign in there now?

    It's still not working. I got the the end of the 'Add Security' screen again and I pressed 'Next' on the remember password section, it logs me online while the popup is still there and it freezes. Then I have to press next again and I just got this error
    8007274C

    all I get is the 'Add Security' popup again. This has never happened in the 5 years I've been playing, so why is it happening now?
