    I have an issue when I'm about to "add a way to pay" on Xbox live.

    When I come to the "postal code" line I write in my postal code, but then it says "incorrectly formatted postal code". I have tried all types of forms but it dosen't work.. Can someone please help me?

    Hi, I live in Sharja, UAE

    as far as i know there is no postal code for that city, I can't register neither purchase because of that postal code.. please help.

    Yes I tried that It wouldn’t take the

    Postal code there I don’t know why because I know for a fact that it’s my postal code so I don’t know if There’s a specific way to put it in or what but When I put it in like normal it says postal code is wrongly formatted
