Add-ons won't transfer?

Season passes are compatible with X1, single DLC no. Try to check if the additional contents have been correctly installed with the "Manage game"
function.

To add to the answer, I would recommend transferring all games to an external hard drive if you have one so you won't need to reinstall them after performing the reset

Game progress can't be transferred, unless they keep using the same email, or they add a new email to add to this account (won't be the best as will be the same as keeping this account )

Just transferring with a flash drive won't allow your friend to use the add-ons. When you purchase content, you're given licenses to use them. Transferring the licenses so your friend can use the content like that can be considered marketplace theft and
could put you at risk for being banned.

If you had ever switched consoles since you purchased those add-ons, you would need to perform a license transfer in order to be able to access the content on your new account. But since your old account is banned you won't be able to sign into that account
to perform a transfer. You'll need to purchase the content on your new account if you want to play it.
