Add on's won't download

    Rally expansion and all other add on's say they are not available in my region any ideas?

    Can't download "Ill-Gotten Gains Part 2 for GTAV

    I just discovered that part 1 failed to download as well, and attempting to re-download that gets me the same results. I re-downloaded some Mass Effect 3 add-on's that were close to the same file size and they succeeded. But even after that the GTA add-on's
    still fail. I hope the game itself hasn't gotten corrupted somehow? GTA won't let me play online again until I get those add-on's installed.

    I bought fallout 4 with the DLC's , but I bought it on my brothers account and I'm wondering can I play the game with the DLC's?

    It was delisted a while ago. You won't be able to download it unless they add it back.

    My Call Of Duty Cold War game won’t install.

    I tried these steps but it still won't download. I can download the add-ons but not the game itself. I'm trying on the internal hard drive and it's not working. Keeps saying download stopped.

    That's actually not correct. A license transfer won't make changes to your Download History.

    If this content's not listed in your Download History, then it wasn't purchased with your Gamertag.

    You'll need to log in using the Gamertag that purchased the add-on in order to download.
