ADD ONS MISSING

i pre ordered fifa 17 super deluxe edition on 7 june 2016.

i downloaded the game on 29 sep including the add ons.

recently i was experiencing some lag issues in the game so in order to indentify the source of the issue i reset my console.

when i logged back again all i got was the standard edition of the game. i am now missing all these content which i was supposed to get :

The Super Deluxe Edition, in addition to the full game, includes:

• Up to 40 FIFA Ultimate Team Jumbo Premium Gold Packs (2 per week over 20 weeks - worth up to $120)
• 3-match FUT Team of the Week loan player (up to 2 players per week over 20 weeks)
• 8-match FUT loan item of Hazard, Martial, Reus, or Rodriguez
• Custom FUT kits created by designers or FIFA soundtrack artists

i contacted x box chat support, they confirmed that i bought the super deluxe edition but could nor resolve my issue. '

any help will be realy appreciated.

Have you checked FIFA 17's 'Ready to install' within the game's 'Manage game' menu? You can navigate there by highlighting the game's tile, pressing the Menu button on your Xbox One controller, and select 'Manage game'.

From there, be sure to install all add-on content that is available. Keep in mind that some of that content comes in weekly, so you may need to wait until Monday for a new pack to arrive.
