Add ons being installed but not owned???

So, for context. I received the nightmare edition of Dead By Daylight for Christmas of 2018 or 2019. I downloaded the add ons for the stranger things, shattered bloodline and curtain call chapters. I have played and levelled the clown from the curtain call chapter proving I've owned him. however, the game has frequently been disrupted by the game pass version to the point of when I put the disk in it started opening the manage page for my game rather than running the game itself, so I have put the disk to one side for a long time. The add ons have frequently needed to be uninstalled and reinstalled whenever I've wanted to play them. as of a few weeks ago I attempted this method and the store has asked for money. The add ons aren't in my order history of my account and I don't know what to do. however I still own the shattered bloodline DLC. but I have noticed today that the store says I have installed it, but I don't own it. how is this possible????? I have my clown levelled which isn't possible without playing and owning it. I have the DLC downloaded but not being recognized by my console. What should I do??

they do not, that's the issue it's charging me for 3 things i've previously owned. one of which i've got installed

Hello, regarding your issue it could be that the DLC being dowloaded comes free with your subscriptions.

Please try checking on the store if those items are free.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. Some add ons need to be installed on their own. Go to my games and apps, highlight fallout and go to manage game and add ons, then look under ready to install they will be there to install.

If you try looking for the add-ons included in that bundle, are you able to see each one as owned / available to be installed? Or not at all?

Are you playing on Xbox, correct?

Please verify if you’re able to see the add-ons installed on your console:

Highlight the game > manage game & add-ons > check the not installed add-ons.

Additionally, are you playing with the same profile that owns the game, or are you game sharing?
