    Add-Ons aren't downloading


    I've tried downloading add-ons for Modern Warfare 2019 onto my Xbox One S for some time, and they stay queued instead of actually downloading. I've tried re-adding my account, clearing persistent storage, and even resetting my Alternate MAC address, but nothing's worked so far.

    I'm Samy an independent advisor. Welcome to the Xbox community. How are you?

    Cancel installation completely and reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

    Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.
    In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

    To reset the console>
    Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

    ***Do not reset your console without having your account email and password.***

    I can't find my Batman AA DLC's.

    The DLC is extra fights within the menu. If they aren't there, go to the system memory and delete the add ons. Then clear your system cache and try downloading them again.

    [/quote]Just to append to what every one is saying, your add-ons aren't going anywhere. If you decide to purchase a new/untampered with Xbox, then you can recover your gamertag, do a license transfer, and re-download all of those add-ons.

    No. My other profiles aren't xbox live. My problem is with Skyrim. I haven't had the issue with other games. Seems like when I download add-ons with my live profile, they are available on my other profiles as well.
