add-ons are not available. Why is that?

I can see that you are having trouble accessing Diablo 4 ultimate edition. Please try the following steps to troubleshoot the problem:



- Make sure your Xbox console is connected to the internet and has the latest system update.

- Restart your console by holding the Xbox button on the controller and selecting Restart console.

- Check your game library and see if Diablo 4 ultimate edition is listed there. If not, try to reinstall it from the Microsoft Store.

- If the game is listed in your library, select it and then select Manage game and add-ons. Make sure all the add-ons for Diablo 4 ultimate edition are installed and enabled.

- Launch the game and check if you can access the ultimate edition content.

Well no ultimate or deluxe arent seperate downloads it's included in your battlenet account not downloaded seperately

You just get the base game

To access your premium items you must reach act 4 and access the stables for mount

For.cosmetics you goto.your wardrobe and for season pass you must create an character on the seasonal server not the eternal server this includes your tier skips

Seasonal.server resets every season but benefits apply to the eternal.characters

To all those saying "why play it again on the Xbox One if you've already played it on 360?, the read on being that it includes the Reaper of Souls add on, that's why. It adds another chapter, another character, increased level cap and loads of other changes.

That's why I'll be preordering as soon as it's available on Amazon.

Yes the all pre order content is available in game without the need to download onto xbox hard drive which is why it won't show up in manage add ons . Many thanks all
