    Add on won't work for game?


    So I recently purchased purchased the game The wolf among us, the walking dead, Machone's story, and the add on lolfor Resident Evil 5. Each of these add on will not work, and don't even appear on game. Yet it shows we've downloaded them. With TWAU and TWD,
    we purchased the season pass for the episodes. And for some odd reason they won't work. They will always show to download them, but when we do, it will say the same thing. We would really appreciate help.

    Can't play NEW games - Error code 03-80-00

    ALSO forgot to add, its not the discs. They work fine on brothers old white console, just seems to be my xbox elite that it won't work on :/

    I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

    After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

    First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

    Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2 to 3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

    If the issue persists, please try to check your games in the order games history in this following website : Microsoft account | Home

    If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

    Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

    I am sorry to hear that.

    Please, make sure to make your XBOX the home console of your account.

    Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

    To make this your home Xbox, select Make this my home Xbox.

    Then, please, power cycle your console.

    Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

    Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 60 seconds.

    Important Be sure to wait at least 60 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    Plug the console power cable back in.

    Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.
