    Add on will not play


    hi have just bought 2 add one for my x box 1. Battlefield. Have installed them and can see them but I will not allow me to play them. How can I get this to work? Thanks

    Sorry to hear it. For the first file that is downloaded but not in the game try deleting your profile only (not profile and items) and then restart the console before redownloading it to see if it helps.

    As for the second item which was purchased you'll need to contact phone support as that is a billing issue. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269

    CANNOT PLAY ADD ON

    Hi,

    I have purchased add on dragons tooth and final stand ( BATTLEFIELD 4 )

    On the xbox 360 the Dragons tooth is in the history but not in the games file.

    I have downloaded Dragons Tooth again - but nothing has changed.

    The Final Stand is in neither history or my games file. It is not there at all.

    I have checked in my Microsoft account - both transactions have gone through and been paid for no problem.

    Your help would be very much appreciated.

    You must purchase the DLC for the game on the same account the game was purchased on. The game is licensed to her account while the DLC is licensed to yours. I do not believe there is away to transfer those licenses.

    Unfortunately, i believe, you may have to purchase the DLC again on her account. If there is away to transfer the licenses someone will chime in.

    One thing to add. When I started the claptrap revolution the enemies started at level 61 not 69. That might have just been me though. I was at level 51 and came back at level 61 and they didn't change.
