Add on refund

i don't think the forum staff can issue refunds (i may be wrong), but i would suggest calling xbox phone support (or perhaps live chat support). i have had them refund me for something before. (i had the season pass disc of Minecraft Story Mode but was
charged $5 for downloading an episode that should have been free.) they usually tell you that you can only ever have one refund to your account, but i have heard of others getting more than one when it was a legitimate issue. this is likely because they
tell you to be more careful with purchases and saved payment info, etc. if you tell them the situation, i think it's pretty likely they will refund you.

Hello nukeka-boom, if you wish to request a refund, you will need to log into your account that purchased the game or subscription and fill out this form below for the refund, you will also need the order code for each item you want the refund.
