Add on pack "Valley of Death" for Flashpoint Red River

It looks like the content isn't available to me either. Did you purchase it at a previous date or just trying to acquire it now? There is a chance it was removed from the store and is only available to customers that bought it previously.

Does the region location your profile is set to actually the location you are in? If it does not match on the 360 you can get store errors.

Hey Flymonkey102. Thanks for your response. My profile is set correctly. I live in the U.S. I've been able to download other content without any issues. It appears that this particular DLC is the problem for me. My son was able to download and install
it 2 weeks ago without any issues on his xbox one and he also lives in the U.S. The Flashpoint game shows up in my list as belonging to me on my account, but when I go to choose the add on I see a box that says "See Price". I select that and then a new screen
says Xbox One Backward Compatibility and then below that it says "Buy" with the description and then a button "Continue". After I select that, the next screen reads " Sorry This offer is not valid in your region". I'm on an Xbox One X and that shouldn't
have any affect as far as I know.

I actually never purchased the add on before for this particular game. I admit that I had assumed Microsoft would still have this available for purchase or even as a free download after all the changes they've made. My son told me that he purchased the
add on as a pre-order and had a redeeming code so he apparently doesn't have that issue because it's all stored in his account. However, my grandson was able to download and install this add on just 2 weeks ago from the store and it automatically appeared
in the updates to the original game. He never purchased this before either, so I'm not sure what the issue is. I've even tried changing everything to different regions, clearing the cache, removing the power brick, etc. I still haven't found a solution
so I'm also assuming that if you didn't purchase it before now you are out of luck.

It looks like it was only digital download. I don't see any mention of physical media unfortunately.
