Good evening, I recently purchased Forza Horizon 5 premium edition and I can only download the base with the expansion packs. Why can I not down the other add one? It should automatically download however that’s not the case? I’ve tried installing,restarting the Xbox,turn it off, and checking the full library to access the add ins but it doesn’t let me. Please look into this and fix the issue. If this cannot be fixed I would like a full refund.

Other items that aren't available to be installed can be accessed inside of the game.

You're welcome and just make sure that you're signed in under the account where the premium edition was purchased. From there, you will be able to see the cars that you own through the premium edition in your game garage.

Kindly perform a powercycle before launching the game to sync the licenses.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Have you tried to access the content in-game? If the console is showing they don't need to be installed, then they don't need to be installed to be accessed. If you still have doubts, try reinstalling the game.

No, they’re literal DLC packs that should be able to be installed from the manage games menu on my console
