    Add-On Download Issue


    I am trying to download an Add-On for MineCraft Story Mode (Episode 8), but when I load the game up, first thing I noticed was that at the bottom of the screen it still said 'Episode 7 Now Available!" (Which was about a month ago) But when I looked
    at the Episode list, they all said "Purchased, but not downloaded, and tried to download it, but it just loads up a screen and says "The thing you're looking for isn't here". I tried troubleshooting and even re-downloading my profile and it still doesn't work.
    I tried everything, I was told to wait 24 hours and it should work then, but I don't know.

    'Bundle Only' add-on download issue

    I have purchased a hard copy of Lego Star Wars The Force Awakens Deluxe Edition and I am trying to download the Jabba's Palace Character pack add-on. It says Bundle Only as the option however I am unable to download it either directly from my Xbox or from
    the website. I have downloaded the Jedi and Empire Strikes Back add-ons without any problems. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

    'Bundle Only' add-on download issue

    I had the same problem, ordered a hard copy of Lego Star Wars The Force Awakens and the Jabba's Promo pack.

    Using the xbox app for windows 10 under store you have an option to redeem code. It than asks for your 20 something character code, once entered it listed prepaid Jabba's Palace Character pack add-on. Once you confirm, it notes you now own this pack and
    it will start downloading to home xbox. Originally when i searched on the xbox for any add-ons it only listed the season pass (xbox 360). Hope that helps, took forever.

    It looks like, for whatever reason, it's not yet available on the Xbox Store. It should be today but on Xbox One hasn't happened just yet. You are far from the only person seeing this.

    This page looks like it's updating with when the episode is actually live across platforms:

    telltale.com/.../when-will-episode-8-be-released-

    Note that on that page Xbox 360 now says it's "Available" while Xbox One still says today's date - when that changes to "Available" too, you should be able to download it.

    When I look it up in the store it says its already installed so i cant do anything but it isnt in the manage game section and it isnt in ready to install

    Let me help you with your concern today. Please note that this is a public forum, I apologize for a delay in response.

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Basing on your forum category, your son is playing on mobile or is he on a different platform? Can you confirm which add-ons are you trying to download?

    If you haven't tried it yet, please try to clear your Minecraft Marketplace cache.

    1. Navigate to Settings and select Storage.

    2. Click Clear Marketplace Cache.

    3. Restart Minecraft and retry your download.

    You can also try to check if using a different network will work like data/hotspot when downloading the add-ons. If the same issue will persist and the add-ons still won't download, you may need to reach out to Minecraft support so they can help. https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/request/new...

    Hi Iza,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. There is currently a
    service alert     out for Call of duty Modern warfare. This could be part of the reason don't have the add on. Also you can try finding the specific add on in the store. Personally had to do this for the spec ops 2 add on.
