    Add my account not working


    Trying to add my account again as I deleted it due to sign in probs now when I try to add my account it comes up with error message "check your home network there's a problem connecting to the sign in service. If U recently changed ur network settings
    you may need to restore ur network to the default settings" I have not changed any settings and do not know how to reset anything other than my router which hasn't helped can someone please help thanks

    Remove account from console to get LIVE Gold to work

    If I remove my account from the console and re-add it as recommended, will I lose my data. My GOLD Live is not working and I am being told to remove the account.

    Many people are having this issue. I have the exact issue and it is related to the problem that Microsoft is having atm. Hopefully they will have it fixed soon.

    I'm having the same issue…. Just got TitanFall and nope! Microsoft strikes again! Sucks using Microsoft platforms! Sony and Mac every day all the way!

    The one reason I bought an Xbox one is because of the titan fall bundle. Plug in a brand new console only to have it fail at EVERYTHING.
