    I can’t add money to my son’s account. I get as far as selecting the amount and selecting next, then nothing happens! I have three credit cards on my account and PayPal. Nothing is working. Please help

    To test this I just tried to add money to my daughters account and received a similar message, then tried it using my fiancee's account and it worked fine, I then tried again on my account and it worked so I think it's just a technical bug. I would still
    consider contacting Microsoft support just as everyone has suggested so they know it is an issue for people and also so you can give your son his gift quicker
