Add money to kid's Microsoft account, but can't log in to use it

The problem here is that it wasn't a purchase that the OP made...they added money to the child's account via the Family group area...would that even show up as a purchase?

It is not possible to transfer the balance from one account to another but if you purchased the balance through Microsoft you can try to request a refund

unfortunately, you can't use your microsoft account balance to buy gift cards. But you can gift something to your kid with the money on your account.

You can't. You have to remove your payment method from your account on the internet version of xbox live. There is no pushchair code protection, there is only an option to Pascoe your entire profile log in. This is Microsoft's Desiree to make more money
from unauthorized kid purchases.
