Add Money button does absolutely nothing

Sorry to hear you have been running into these problems. We have not had any other reports of this being an issue so let's try some other options. I would advise you try to delete browsing history & cookies on your browser and then giving it another try.
If still not working then go ahead and try to do this with a different device to see if this makes any difference.

The same thing has happened to me. I have tried my controller and the Xbox One Smart Glass app, but the home button does nothing. I have another Xbox One console and it has happened to that one as well. Nothing related to the home screen functions once a
game is started, so I have to turn my Xbox off and on every time I want to switch games or apps.

Yeah, it does affect gameplay. I cant get the tray to respond at all. Pressing the eject button does absolutely nothing. /: Which sucks because i just got several new games.

To the above suggested answer "After you click the market place install it should force the rest of the installation and patches... It will install slower but it'll make it to 100% "

I can click the install button on marketplace but it still fails install after a few seconds. Clicking that install button from the Wolfenstein game on marketplace does absolutely nothing.

Been through hours of help with MS support...and nothing worked. I even got a replacement copy, and the issue was still there.

I think the trouble is with the game itself. Want my money back for the game....

I followed the steps and there is zero ways to add my account as on organizer. I don't even have the option to click on my account unless it is to look at my details which does absolutely nothing for me.
