    Hi,

    I don't have an Xbox. But I need to add my son - who is a member of my Microsoft family - to my Xbox family to be able to change his privacy settings.

    (He wants to share his minecraft PE worlds with his friends. He can't, because of the privacy settings. As a minor, he can't access the settings page, himself, and is asked to refer to me. But currently, he doesn't show on my privacy settings page, as he
    is not member of my Xbox family. I double checked: he is member of my Microsoft family.)

    Any idea, anyone?

    Adding my partners Xbox 360 Username to the Xbox One

    If you are gold just add her account to the Xbox one using the 360 details then go to settings and add her id into family it will then grant her ID the same Gold status you have at no extra cost, All Family members on the console get the same gold status as the main ID

    To add have you made sure that the account you would like to add to your Family Pack has first been downloaded to your Xbox or the Xbox that you are trying to add family members to?

    When you go into the family center while on your account, it should be showing them on the family pack as gold members.

    It may also just show them as family pack members. It IS possible to add someone to the pack without adding them as a gold member.
