    Occasionally, there are server outages, which will affect your connection to new game lobbies.

    I reedemed a 4,000 point card i got at work as a X-mas gift yesterday. I bought a nba jam fire (which hadn't finished downloading yet), some avatar prop, the Joker costume and short there after i got kicked out while i was browsing some themes. Now I can't
    log back in at all waited bout 5 hours tried about 5 times and i still get the error.

    My gamertag is gone if I try to recover it it accepts the email and password but as soon as it starts downloading it stops at about %15. I get the error telling me i can't downlaod my profile at this time please try again later.

    Damn i was happy i got the 4,000 points now i regret that i got em. Its just weird that shortly after using the points and buying stuff i loose my profile and keep getting this error. Not only did i not get the game, but I lost my gamertag.

    no one on friends list

    This happens to me as well sometimes, usually when there is a problem with Xbox servers i.e. Social accounts, Online Status, friends list etc can be affected by any issues related to it. Main thing is not to worry as your friends list will definitely reappear

    Many say that this problem may be due to the network being congested, so I invite you to check the status of the Xbox servers:

    https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

    If everything is normal for you, then check that your friends list is not full. Try removing someone and then add your friend Haplessglobe118 again to see if they accept it.

    It could be server issues but nothing is listed on their website.
