    “Add friend” isn’t an option for me


    I have recently upgraded to an Xbox one S but ever since owning it the option to add friend doesn’t show up when I click on someone’s profile. The option to change friendship shows although when I choose that and select friend and submit as a friend the
    profile doesn’t show on my friends list

    Free Trial Not aappearing

    My friend is inviting me to A Way Out (he purchased it), but the Free Trial option isn’t appearing. The only options are Buy, Get EA Access, and Buy As Gift. Any help?

    Can’t search for friend

    I was trying to add a friend, but whenever I search for her gamer tag, I’m told that it doesn’t exist. The same problem is also occurring when she searches for me. We’ve already checked the spelling and made sure that’s correct so that definitely isn’t the

    The most likely answer is if those features are not ready yet waiting for a future patch, but you would need to ask them
