    Does this concern not being able to add them through the Xbox One itself, or through the game Minecraft? If this regards the Xbox One, we suggest following our

    CANT REMOVE OR ADD FRIENDS

    I can 't add friends, I'm currently at the Xbox.com Profile, I searched my friend's gamertag and clicked add friend, it allowed me to click it but it wont do anything, neither an error message is showing up.

    Try logging into Xbox.com and verify if your friends are on your list however sounds like a temporary issue which should be resolved now.
