No, there is nosuch thing as an “exe file opener”

An Xbox is not a PC, nor can it work as one despite sharing some common components. It also cant run PS4 games despite them sharing much in common.

If you wish an open platform, you need to buy a PC

Why would they do that? That's why PC's exist.

You're also making this sound far more simple than what it actually is. There are several big problems with what you're asking.

    1. Xbox One doesn't run Windows 10. Yes, it's made from Windows 10, but it's not Full Windows 10. Giving the console full or partially unlocked Windows 10 would open the system up to piracy and security issues.
    2. Hardware problems. Sure, Xbox One and the new up-coming Series X/S are extremely similar to PC but they aren't the same. Special drivers for the system would need to be created and games would need to be updated to the fully support the hardware. This brings
      me to problem 3...
    3. Why would a game developer want to make their PC games available on console for potentially no extra charge? I know if I was a developer for PC I wouldn't.

Microsoft 'could make one', but it would be pretty difficult to get working and no PC developers would support it. And since making PC games is an open platform, Microsoft couldn't force them to either.

No, if you want to play PC games, you'll need a PC.

I have followed your steps but the time I navigate through the DGVoodoo2 add func I the .exe file is not showing in the folder other folder such as Audio, Data, and Support is showing. Where I can change file type to all.

    1. Select the game executable: In the DGVoodoo2 control panel, click on the "DirectX" tab. Click the "Add" button and browse to the location of the game's executable file (e.g., "Cricket07.exe"). Select the executable file and click "Open".
