    Add Billing Information


    keep getting this intermittently when trying to buy, via the console, the website or Smartglass. Despite my billing info being stored, it asks me to add it. It allows me to enter name, address and phone number, but there's no option to add a payment method.

    Sometimes my card details are present when I click on Buy, sometimes they aren't.

    Any suggestions?

    I CANT ADD BILLING INFORMATION!!

    What the hell? Is it because i havent add any credit card nor a bank account? Cause i got the money on paypal and when i want to buy a game i need to add my billing information i add everything correctly and i keeps saying i post my postal code wrong help
    someone please? Could this be because i live in baltic states?

    Some more info -

    What am I trying to buy? - happens with anything I try to buy

    Console set to UK, trying to by from UK.

    Error - add billing information to continue.

    Have checked MS Commerce, no issues with my account that I can see.

    If I click on ads billing info, my address and phone number are already populated, then let's you click save and continue, but gives you no option to add any sort of payment method, it just takes you back to the beginning.

    If I keep retrying the purchase, eventually it may work, with all my original billing info in place.

    Sorry to hear it. What type of billing info are you trying to add? The system will not accept pre-paid credit cards.

    You could also try updating your billing info at commerce.microsoft.com or contact phone support for more assistance. If you live in North America then dial 1-800-469-9269
