I purchased enough to meet the $175 promotion for February to have a star added to my account. I made the purchases on 2/1, but the meter that tracks my progress is still at $0. Thanks!

    :)

    Hello SpaceSickMonkys,

As you can verify from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), your purchases were: 89.99+19.99+14.99 which adds up to 124.97. We'll adjust the loose change for you to complete the offer, but
please keep in mind for future reference that we do not calculate tax for Rewarding.

    Hello VictorPANPAN,

As stated in the FAQ linked on that tracker:

Which content is eligible for this offer?

You must spend at least $2250 before tax on qualifying MyVIP content from the Xbox Store and Microsoft Movies & TV during the offer period. Most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (game
pre-orders do NOT qualify), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game season passes, themes, and avatar items. From Microsoft Movies & TV, qualifying content includes movies, TV shows, and TV seasons. However, in-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships,
Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards do not qualify.

Since your purchase was a pre-order, it did not qualify for that offer. Pre-orders do not qualify for MyVIP, and this offer follows standard MyVIP rules. Your purchase did get a Games on Demand punch.

You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum in order for support to check. Keep in mind that subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count towards VIP.
