    Add a star to my VIP purchases


    Hello.

    I made purchases to get the extra my VIP star over 4 days as but they have not showed up on the rewards site as of yet.

    My VIP Status

    There was some special about spending at least $150 on games or add on and I will be upgraded a star.

    I had made more than enough purchase but my VIP star status remains the same at 4 stars.

    I thought I should have been placed as a 5 star VIP.

    Please explain what happened.

    I need my credits!!!

    I have made at least 5 game and add on purchases as a 5-star VIP and have not gotten any credits for it

    There is currently an issue with our tracker on the MyRewards page not properly updating. We're in conversation with our web team about getting this straightened out ASAP. Apologies for the confusion. We'll update this thread when they let us know that everything's

    No credits since march despite several purchases in March and April

    In order to receive credits for purchases, they either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    After investigating this purchase, it looks like that game is still categorized as a pre-order in the purchase information. This caused it to not be picked up by the VIP Star boost offer, since pre-orders are not eligible for this offer. However, we can
    understand the argument that this was technically a release purchase, and we will adjust this purchase manually for the offer. You should see the progress shortly. Apologies for the inconvenience.
