    i cant add My friends xbox acc on My xbox

    First time when i add it. It worked and then I deleted the account. And now I'm trying to add it but it says " use your password for your Microsoft account. So please help me

    can't add a new account

    Hi, Since yesterday I've been trying to add an account but when i press ADD NEW it just keeps loading until after a minute the error code 0x80a40019 comes up, i've tried restarting the console and hard reset and power cycle and even tried another network
    connection. any suggestions?

    Add an account with restrictions???

    You can add him if you put him into a "Xbox Family"

    From there you can put restrictions on his account. You can prevent downloads/purchases but I'm not sure you could prevent deletions. But why would he do that anyway?

    I have 2 kids myself. The most valuable service is the family timer IMO.

    I tried that and still saying use the password for this microsoft account, literally just changed the password and wrote it down as I changed it. Idk what is wrong with it
