    Adaptive controller for Xbox


    My sister is an occupational therapist on Minas Gerais, Brazil and work on a specialized clinic that help people with disabilities.

    She help a teenage with Duchenne muscular dystrophy and on the last year, he had several muscular loss. The one that he missed most was the ability to manage xbox tradicional controller.

    His Xbox was his favorite entertainment but now, he's can't press the controller buttons anymore, specially the trigger.

    I saw that Microsoft develop a Xbox adaptive controller but I can't find how or where to buy it.

    Can you please, help me?

    Hey David,

    First thing that comes to mind would be Using co pilot along side the adaptive controller. Co- pilot allows 2 different controllers to control player one,
