Adapter volume issue.

After the controller update the adapter volume for game is the same as chat. I use Turtle Beach XP510. When I turn up the chat audio so does the game volume, you turn down the game volume the chat volume goes down. How does this happen? If anyone else
is having this issue please speak up. Please look into this issue MS Support.

Xbox One Adapter game and chat volume the same?

The right side of the adapter is for Overall Volume, the left side controls what percentage of chat volume (bottom) and game volume (top) is heard.

 

Chat won't go through headset

Press and hold the chat button on the adapter, this is the audio balance for the chat and game and if the game button is on full the chat will mute. The volume on the right side of the adapter is the overall volume. This may be your issue, it may not.

 

Have you tried another controller?

 

I am having same problem with Turtle Beach PX5s. It started after the latest controller update.

 

on the left side there is a voice over game button just press the persons head until you hear beeping when you press it (that means its all the way up) then you should be fine!

 

@hotpipes I use the XP 500's for my Xbox One,I too experienced this same problem,I sent a tweet out on Twitter about this issue, and there were several replies back that other users of our headsets had same problem. Also,ghostatic that suggestion you posted
does not work. I've tried it, and several of friends who use the 510's tried it, and it still does not work.
