Adapter Quit working after last update.

After the last update, I can't hear people in parties and they cannot hear me. I see their mics going in the party but not mine.

i've updated the controller, the adapter, purchased new cables, swapped cables, purchased new adapter, swapped adapters and tried different controllers.

i can hear people if i unplug my mic cable.

additionally, the volume controls on the adapter make no sound indications when they are pressed all the way in any direction.

finally, i am using astro a50 wireless with the latest firmware.

is there a way to roll-back or uninstall the last update?

This weeks two updates ???

I have had two updates this week and one last week and now, my Xbox stops playing what in the world were all these updates for. My system has never just stop working as it had done this morning after this last update out of three (3). While playing my Skyrim
my system just shut down, quite, stop working for no reason right after this mornings update, what gives ?

Xbox one controller stop working after update from Xbox accessories app, I'm using wireless adapter for windows ,please help.

yes, i got rid of the A50's and picked up 800x's

UPDATE: I just tried saving and quitting then resuming after the "It's Quiet" portion of "The Silent Cartographer" and it seems to be working now. I don't know what happened last night...

If your Xbox one Controller doesn't work or gets disconnected after you plug in your Stereo Headset Adapter, unplug your adapter,
and then update your controller without the adapter. After the controller is updated, insert your Stereo Headset Adapter back into the controller.

Lots of people with EU version of Rock Band have been experincing this problem.

Harmonix has responded with a fix for this by offering a DLC token that reintroduces the effected songs.
