Ad for Glasses USA.com causes game to Freeze

Today, Saturday September 2, 2017 -- While playing any classic jigsaw puzzle, any time the ad for Glasses USA.com comes up, the game freezes. Music still plays but I cannot select or move a piece. It only happens when this specific ad comes up.

Overall I like Microsoft Jigsaw, but I will never buy anything from Glasses USA .com.

This has to be an easy issue for you or your sponsor to fix.

Very frustrating.

I use to be able to relax with the jigsaw puzzles. I have noticed that when the 'glasses usa.com" ad pops up that the game comes

to a stop. You cannot move the puzzle pieces until a different ad comes on and then you have to be really quick because the

:"glasses USA..com " ad pops back up almost immediately and again the game stops. I will check back in to the game ever once

in awhile in hopes that the whole ad thing has been fixed. thank you.

keeps freezing and crashing

Every time the ad for the glasses changes to the same ad this freezes and crashes

I'm having this same problem and the game even went so far as to crash during this ad. As of right now, it has repeated itself seven times and I have not been able to work on the puzzle the entire time. I will add that when I look at the Task Manager, my
memory and CPU usage is way higher than it should be. In fact, it's running higher than when I am streaming or playing an MMORPG. Why this one ad does that makes is curious and leaves me wondering if it is attempting to do something that it shouldn't be.

Agreed. And I give up - it's just way to frustrating to play Microsoft Jigsaw anymore.

Everytime certain ads show up, everything freezes. Latest issue, I've lost the puzzle I was working on altogether. ugh. There are better apps out there. Microsoft
- you should be better than this.

Also what kind of computer do you have?

Yes, same for me with the above mentioned ads. I cannot play when skyscanner ad is on.

Today it is the worst it has been. Glasses USA.com seems to be the problem. It's happening when the small screen goes black, during the ad, and even when the screen is white. I'm also getting booted. I really want to become a paid member but am afraid that
since the site is so poorly run, that there may be problems, even if I join. It's getting to the point where I am getting totally fed up. It's a shame since it's a really nice site and I like the puzzles a lot. Incidentally, there are no problems on the solitaire
game site. In MahJong, the tiles get bigger and bigger, even though I have automatic zoom turned off.
