    Guess i need to switch to plan "b" : waste more money for macrosuck calling them every hour.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums. A case review (if eligible) is your only contact method.

    You wont get a response from the enforcement team as they don't use the forums.

    No point phoning support either as it's nothing whatsoever to do with them so they can't help.

    Filing a case review on the enforcement site
    here
    is the only way to contact the enforcement team & appeal any enforcement action.

    well... He waited til almost the entire team died before finally moving in and killed the last enemy while my buddy was shooting at him... So... Nabbed the final kill of that round by hanging back the entire time... While playing thermite... And we coulda
    used his gadgets.

    He was level 120, so shoulda at least been peripherally aware of how to use his character.

    And for clarification he wasnt afc. He was just behind everyone.

    you saying the xbox support people lied to me?

    Sweet! Another reason to call them every day wasting at least 2 hours of their employees time over this.

    Yes, they lied to you.

    Way before the switch to this forum software we had a chap posting who used to work for Microsoft's Xbox Phone support and he confirmed that they are told to direct queries about enforcement to the forum.

    I suspect this is because it speeds up their line clear metrics.

    Yep,just have a browse through the support forums.

    You'll find loads of posts by people who were told to come here by phone/chat support to find out about enforcement actions on their account.

    They can't help so want to get you of the phone as quickly as possible.

    It tells you where to go in the email you are sent if you receive enforcement action.

    It's not impossible to file for a case review,you just can't be bothered to read the code of conduct which has all the answers to the questionnaire you need to pass.

    you obviously didnt read the parts where i had the code of conduct in hand, while talking to people on the phone, and the dozen of us STILL failed.

    The worst part is it failed me today, when i clicked on false for one of the answers, it told me that i was incorrect. And that the correct answer is false.

    So... Its simply impossible. Dont come to me all condescending like you know what ive been dealing with the last few days. I would LOVE to see you pass that questionaire.

    Not dumb enough to get suspended but I have seen the questions that are asked & answered each one correctly.

    They were extremely easy.

    It's not impossible,if it was then no one would be able to file for a case review & I know for a fact that people are able to file for a case review.

    if it hasnt happened to you, how, exactly, do you, "know for a fact?" And yes, the questions are easy. Except when they leave out critical information, or when you click false it says incorrect, the correct answer is false. Go try again in 24 hours.

    he knows because he is an ambassador, we are expected to have an understanding of various subjects, so we can help the people in the community when they have problems.

    team killing can get you reported, we all make mistakes but a blatant team kill is bad form. there are reasons why somebody may have hung back, a call of nature, a phone call, a knock at the door, are just a few examples.

    Pretty much it.i've seen a list of some of the questions asked & over the past year or so some people have posted the questions when looking for help.

    As you have been told several times,no "critical info" is left out,every answer can be found on the enforcement site or in the code of conduct.

    You admit to using foul language so the chances of the suspension getting lifted are probably zero & your suspension will be over soon anyway.

    Best read the code of conduct & learn from your mistakes.

    The enforcement team USED to use the forums, but that stopped quite a while ago.

    Support still directs people to the forum for some reason.
