i was playing rainbow 6 siege. Saw a guy who warranted a TK (in my eyes) and someone else TKd me. I asked him why, he said it was revenge. I said it wasnt up to him, and to watch. Next round, i get TKd by the original dude. I said "see, (colorful explative
that likely resulted in my suspension)" but as you can see, it was in context!!

Tried to submit a review of a weeklong suspension but the questions on the website are trick questions designed to make you fail, so you have to wait out the suspension without a chance for review.

I want to post an honest case review on the Xbox Enforcement website to label my cause for my suspension

 

Meaningless Suspension

Meh, 99.9% of the time suspensions are given because you HAVE done something wrong. I've rarely seen the enforcement team get it wrong.

 

So you can TK but someone else cannot?

Context is not a defense for violating the
Code of Conduct.

The questions are from the same
Code of Conduct that you had to agree to when you setup your Xbox live account, so the answers are easy to find.

 

As An Old Freak said, you saw something (your not saying what you saw) that warranted that player to be TK (I assume TK is Team Killed) so you think you have the right to Team Kill them. But your Team Killed yourself and you think that's wrong?

I'm sorry but who made you the jury and executioner on Rainbow Siege?

How about you just ignore it what you saw and just concentrate on your own game, enjoy it and have fun?

Also sending abusive messages, no matter if its "in context" or not isn't tolerated and that's why you got the ban.

Serve your suspension and move on.

 

The questions are dead easy & there to make sure you are familiar with the code of conduct.

The answers are even on the enforcement site or in the code of conduct.

How can you fail a quiz when they give you the answers?

Yes there is since you would have to use mods in order to get a purple avatar. Doing so is against the tos/coc.

oh, and i never said that he couldnt tk... Just thar he did, with no apparent reason for it, other than i had TKd. I also never said what he did/said was wrong or warranted a complaint. Im just wondering why explaining to someone that a revenge kill isnt
up to them, because the original vic did that himself.

Also, how is, "See, ****?" Abusive?

 

That word is blanked out on the forums so if it's not suitable here then it's not suitable on xbox live.

 

yea, i know that. Appropriate is one thing, however a suspension longer than 48 hours typically requires... Abuse. One word. To one guy. Once. Since blocked and ignored. How... Exactly does that constitute abuse.

I grant, using said explative SHOULD warrant a suspension. However, i am arguing 168 hours is a little excessive for what transpired.

 

The length of a suspension is decided by several things,including the severity of the offence & whether or not you have had enforcement action before.
