Actvity feed, Community store and such showing up blank

Nice one. If more people contact them then hopefully it will get known as a thing and hopefully get sorted.

 

Just booted up console after being off for several hours and once again the community , one guide are blank.

 

I'm having the exact same problem!

I'm in Germany but i've set my region to Ireland (Why hasn't there been any change to the region / language setting in the NXOE update? 7000+ votes on xbox.uservoice.com, i don't get it).

Changing back to Germany doesn't do the tick for this issue. Rebooting sometimes works, but not all the time.

Please fix this MS!

 

If you can get pics of it then send them to xboxsupport on twitter and if possible report them to support on phone as they seem to me getting folks to factory reset , offline update and even send in consoles for repair when it seems it's a different issue.

Phoned support and the guy mentioned there might be a patch in the next week or so but that's not really the point.

They more people let them know the more they'll have to pay attention I guess

 

Sending them in for repairs? that seems a bit odd, the issue is defiantly with the New experience update, never had a single problem before the update went live.

• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
  
• Once your console has powered off, unplug the power cord.
• Unplug your router, modem or gateway.
• Wait a few minutes and then plug in your console, router, modem or gateway.
  
• Power on your console and check to see if you are able to view your Activity Feed and the other sections that were showing blank.

same problem...if can help i've noticed that without automatically login dash works correctly...

 

Mister Quimbys fix worked for me. It asked me for my password when I signed in so it could have been that. Strange because I could still see my friends but not any activity, the guide or the store.

 

Support needed to stop telling people to power cycle , reboot as that solution only then works temporarily until the next reboot .

People have been told to remove profiles , factory resets etc and its pointless. It's an issue with NXOE as it's apparent the version released is the same as the last preview version which is riddle with issues , inlcuding this and even juddering TV even
on full,screen and even when set to the correct refresh rates.

 

Having the same issue in the US! Constant reboots fixes it but not permanently. Its SUPER annoying.

 

It's back and seems related to using the instant signin option when consoles are set to the instant on power mode.

It's as if when those options are chosen it loads too quickly to get the content. I'd turned instant sign in off and the issue had stopped completely . Post the 23rd id turned it back on and issue reoccurred this morning in the UK.

I've now turned off instant sign in and expect the problem to go away again.

The issue has returned for me too after about 2 weeks without the issue, I can't understand what it could be, I have attempted several methods to try and fix it but not had any luck at all.

 

turn off sign in solve the problem...but need a fix because it's annoying...i would like to use instant sign in as always

 

we need to wait for an update that fix the problem...but have no idea when...hope very soon, i want use my one as always with instant sign in...
