hola deseo pagar mi suscripción de game pass ultimate, tengo saldo microsoft de $1000 pero solo me da la opción de pagar con tarjeta bancaria o pay pal. me dice tener un saldo vencido igual quiero pagarlo y no encuentro la opción para que se tome el pago
de mi dinero microsoft ayúdenme no tengo tarjeta bancaria y ya gaste dinero en la tarjeta de $1000

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this situation. I can totally understand how paying with your Microsoft Account balance would seem ideal, however, it's not possible. You can only pay that with a bank card or Paypal.

yo creo que deberías dejar a que se acabe la suscripción, cuando se acabe ahi podrás comprar la suscripción con ese saldo, no creo que sea un problema la verdad
