como puedo actualizar mi consola xboxs si aparece disiendome que es un error de xbox y que tengo que entrar a la pag xbox.com/xboxone/update/help. pero en esa pagina no sale la solución al problema

estoy tratando de conectar la consola a xbox live, me pide realizar la actualizacion y cuando esta tratando de bajar la actualizacion me que no ese puede descargar codigo de estado:

Sorry for the issue with updating. What is the error code you receive and at what point in the update are you getting the error. Any additional information you can provide will greatly help us determine what is going on.

cuando quiero iniciar la actualización y se conecta a internet me aparece un mensaje donde dice que no se logra cargar la actualización por un error de Xbox, que busque la solución en la pagina Xbox.com/xboxone/update/help, o Xbox.com/status

Thank you for keeping us updated. Is this console able to connect to your home internet? If so, we recommend testing the network and multiplayer connections to find out if an error message appears. The update should be initiated as long as there is no interruption
between the console, home network and Xbox Live. We will provide the steps on how to test the connections. Be sure to let us know the results!

How to test the network connection:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select Network.

Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.

On the right side of the Network settings screen, select
Test network connection.

How to test the multiplayer connection:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select Network.

Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.

On the right side of the Network settings screen, select
Test multiplayer connection.

No hay daño, lo único que puede suceder es que su consola se desactualice, cuando la vuelve a conectar busca nuevas actualizaciones.
