Activity suspension

I got an activity suspension during my xbox live suspension. I have no idea why I got it, the only activities I post are from achievements. I didn't really mind it, but after the suspension was done I still couldn't message anyone. I don't see how I got
the suspension since The last time I said anything on an activity was a while and not bad, and why it won't let me send messages.

Xbox communcations ban

On my enforcement and activity history it says i have no active suspensions. But i cannot communicate with anyone in any matter of form. I have communcated with support who claim i have an active suspension until january 25th 2018 but that must be a lie
as it does not say that on my enforcement activity.

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, and then re-adding the account.

 

It didn't work, but now I know this is a console suspension since I cant message with my other account
