Activity Feed

count me in for having this problem too

 

I'm also having these issues. Activity feed is acting very strange. Will only show one friend's activity, but then randomly switch to showing only one OTHER friend's activity, and going back nearly a month when I never saw any of these activities before.
Also, the smartglass app on IOS will show achievements when viewed under specific games, but achievements list itself tells me to go out and start earning achievements. This has been going on roughly since the beginning of the year.

 

Still having issues with my activity feed.

 

Strangely enough, i have feeds today. Not recent feeds, but feeds none the less. Im seeing things from 18 days ago. hopefully this is the server slowly catching up. Ill continue to update, but might wanna check your feeds today!

UPDATE: Tried something on a second account, and it appeared in my feed. My feed SEEMS to be fully working as of right now. I didnt do anything in particular, besides talk to microsoft support that one time. Didnt change any settings (set to adult privacy,
rest is factory). i did clear my temporary files today tho ( hold power button down 15-20 seconds and hold till comes back on). Give this a try and see what happens, hopefully it works for you!

 

So, I changed my gamertag yesterday for grins.... It worked flawlessly all day immediately after that. Log in today, and it's back to being to only showing two friends. The only activities done yesterday were BF4, Forza 5, TV app, Upload, and the Store apps...
I did run the DVR on the cable box to watch something on demand as well. Trying to see if there are any common elements to others. Anyone else having any success?

Also, I have not used SmartGlass again, but it is sounding some of my friends use it just fine with no feed issues.

 

I've had this problem for around a month now. The activity feed seemed to work fine for both my XBO and 360 friends when I first got the XBO, but once this started I only see activity from one or two friends (at best). Periodically it will change which specific
one or two friends it chooses to display, but it never shows activity from more than two people. I've had prolonged chats wtih reps on Twitter, but none of the suggestions have had any impact. I've done *many* power cycles, deleting and restoring my profile,
checking my account settings, and resetting the UI with no impact.

When a friend signed on to my XBO, *his* feed showed up fine - but mine still doesn't. It really seems like this is on the server side somewhere, whether it's a buried account setting or some server hiccup.

Obviously the feed doesn't really mean much to me - it's basically a worthless feature, but if it's going to be the first thing to display when I go to the friends app, it would be nice if it actually *worked*.

 

Talked with support about this known issue and basically it will be fixed later in an update. They really dont care as it was sugested that I can return XBO for a refund.

Still doesn't work for my friends profile.

 

I have a problem with my own activity feed too. On my Xbox one console, when i go to my profile, my activity feed doesn't show up, and when I see my profile on the smartglass app for android and windows 8.1 it's the same problem and I can't even see my achievements.

This all started on friday night... is it a widespread problem or what? is there a fix?
