Activity feed stopped updating

Discus and support Activity feed stopped updating in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I'm the parent, trying to see activity feed for child account.     Activity feed stopped updating


    I'm the parent, trying to see activity feed for child account.

    I had it working, but now the activity feed is not updating.

    But, when i set limits on the screen time, the Xbox One does recognize and enforce those limits.

    As an aside though, I was playing with Adult account at one point and the I got forced off for not having enough minutes allowed (but there are no limits for adults set)?

    Activity feed stopped updating.

    I'm afraid it didn't work. Followed all steps, deleted the profile and signed back in again, still nothing there on my activity feed. The last activity is from 22 days ago.

    Activity feed stopped updating?

    I have two children and two xBox One consoles. The two child accounts play together on alternating consoles (one is newer than the other) and log into their respective xBox accounts so they can play online games (F**tnite and prev Ov**watch).

    For at least two years I've been monitoring their screen time through the Family Activity pages of my (Parent) Microsoft account online (I've set a cumulative weekly playing time so the daily limits don't work for me). The screen time reporting has been
    accurate enough, and allowed me to keep tabs on their playing time regardless of console or game. I have both accounts set up with the same Privacy settings, activity reporting etc. Same/same.

    Last Wednesday (a week ago) one of the Child accounts Screen time has been reporting zero time... although he has played right alongside his brother... and his brothers screen time has been reporting accurately as always.

    The xBox account appears to be ok... I have the Xbox app for IOS, and receive notification when BOTH log-on... and I can chat and see what they BOTH are playing at any given time... BUT the activity/screen time is not reporting for one child regardless of
    console??

    I've searched online and can't find solutions to fixing Family Activity reporting issues for xBox One?

    Activity feed stopped updating

    I've found that the screen time under the Activity tab is completely unreliable. My son was online for several hours yesterday evening, but it shows zero time. But, when I logged on this morning, it shows that he'd been on over six
    hours today, and it was only 8am!

    Oh! My apologies I read that as the Xbox app in Windows 10, but I now see this is the Xbox 360 we're troubleshooting here. Have you tried removing your Xbox Live profile from your Xbox 360 console and signing back in? Check
    steps here     for information on how to remove your Xbox Live profile from the Xbox 360 console.

    I've stopped getting activity reports as well. The last one was emailed to me on April 3 or so, nothing since then. I told my son about it; is it possible he canceled the activity log somehow?

    Thanks for the report. Could you post which Xbox app version you're running? You can find that information within the 'About' section within the Xbox app settings screen. Additionally, have you tried the Xbox BETA app? You can download that from the Windows
    Store. If you try that out, feel free to toss us that version number as well!
