Activity feed question thats really bothering me

I changed my gt a few times to stop these group of kids from finding me but everytime i change my gt it shows up in my activity feed and i go to delete it and it wont let me. I tried blocking these kids before but they keep finding me on diffrent gts somehow
cause my old gamertags keep showing in my feed! Anyone know how to delete them perminatley or do i have to wait a certin amount of time till the notices go away automatically? Help would be appreciated. P.S i tried deleteing this on my console and it says
the update has bern deleted but i go back to my feed and its still there. And it wont let me delete it on my smart glass app it just says somthing went wrong try again in a while?

I have a quick question too;

If I follow someone, can that person see my activity feed posts and achievements? Or do they have to follow/friend me back first? Just been bothering me lately and wanted to see if anyone else knew, lol.

Where can I disable or tweek my Activity Feed

I would really like an option to completely turn OFF the activity feed.

Im not interested in twitter or facebook activity style feeds, it just want to play games.

Let me turn this rubbish off please.

I'm having the same issues as mentioned above with my activity not updating on the activity feed but I can see all of my friends' activity and can comment and like their activity.

My replays don't post to the feed but eventually show up on my profile when my name is selected; however it never shows on my activity feed. I've verified with one of my friends that nothing has shown up on his feed about me and that when my name is selected
nothing appears in my feed.

It's a bit annoying because this is a feature that at first I didn't care about but now really like.

If someone who doesn't like me goes to my Activity Feed and gets offended because I don't share the same opinion(s) about a game that they love so much, then starts an arguement with me. Here are a couple of questions that will come to mind...

(1) You don't like me, so why are you looking at my Gamer Profile?

(2) This is not the Public Forums, this is my Activity Feed. What are you doing here in my Activity Feed?

(3) I don't mind others commenting in my Activity Feed, but when it comes down to blatantly rude / mean comments, that is where I draw the line! Why post confrontational statements here in my Activity Feed?
