Activity Feed Problems

How can i delete this post from my activity feed it is a post of me changing my gamertag and i do not want people to see it, i have tried to delete the normal way but it keeps saying sorry there is a problem with your account. sign in to xbox.com for more
info.

i just want it deleted off my feed because these people ujsed to bully me so i changed my gamertag and i dont want them recognising me from my feed.

any advice is much appreciated,

Xbox One Communications and Activity Feed Not Working

Hey there, Flumen!

I'm sorry to see any issues with bullying! That's definitely not something we want to see on our service. Gamertag changes are a part of the Activity Feed that can't be deleted. This is because it helps your friends know that your gamertag has changed and
to not delete you as a friend.

However, we highly suggest blocking people and locking down your account's privacy settings to have everything set to Friends Only. This will help people from seeing your content, and blocking people will keep them from being able to send you messages (though
setting your messages you receive to Friends Only also helps with that).

Hi TheRustyTowel,

Sorry you're having problems with your activity feed. The first thing to try would be a hard reset of the console. To do this with your console on hold the power button down for about 5 seconds. Your console will quickly turn off. After that power it back
on and test it out. If that doesn't work, then try removing your profile from the console and then adding it back again. Please see links below

Remove Account from Xbox -
support.xbox.com/.../remove-profile-from-console

To add the account back, just go to the top left where you sign in, click add, and follow the steps

Im still having issues....

I've still got the issue, tried all of the things recommended in this thread but the problem persists. I can't say exactly how long the problem has been there, I'd say at least 2 weeks now, it had stopped updating before the recent update so for me, it's
not linked to that. I'm not in the preview program and I have just tried to update my activity feed a few minutes ago and it didn't work.

This has happened to me also since console updated on Wednesday 13th May. Achievements for last 30 days also stuck on zero.. Tried to fix as advised but no joy.
