Activity Feed Problems

Hello I've tried all those steps with no luck. I'm not on the preview program and the problem started on may 6 and I tried since then to update the feed with no luck..This sucks big time 11 days with the same problem

Hello I tried all the steps above with no luck. The problem started on may 6 since then my activity feed has gone dead. I'm not part of the preview program. I hope a fix soon 11 days with this sucks big time.

I've still got the issue, tried all of the things recommended in this thread but the problem persists. I can't say exactly how long the problem has been there, I'd say at least 2 weeks now, it had stopped updating before the recent update so for me, it's
not linked to that. I'm not in the preview program and I have just tried to update my activity feed a few minutes ago and it didn't work.

Hey everyone!

If you are continuing to run into issue with the Activity Feed, I recommend trying a few additional steps:

First, press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console.

Once your console has powered off, unplug the power cord.

Unplug the power cord to your router, modem or gateway.

Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console, router, modem or gateway.

Power on your console and test your Xbox Live connection by pressing the Menu button on your controller.

Select Settings and then select Network.

On the Network Settings screen, select Test network connection.

If your connection test was successful, please let us know. If the test encounters an error, follow the suggested prompts.

Also, please let us know your full OS version number. You can find the OS version number by following the steps listed in our Xbox One operating system versions and system
updates page. Thanks!

Hi TheRustyTowel,

Sorry you're having problems with your activity feed. The first thing to try would be a hard reset of the console. To do this with your console on hold the power button down for about 5 seconds. Your console will quickly turn off. After that power it back
on and test it out. If that doesn't work, then try removing your profile from the console and then adding it back again. Please see links below

Let us know if this fixes your issue!

Remove Account from Xbox -
support.xbox.com/.../remove-profile-from-console

To add the account back, just go to the top left where you sign in, click add, and follow the steps

This has happened to me also since console updated on Wednesday 13th May. Achievements for last 30 days also stuck on zero.. Tried to fix as advised but no joy.
